CUSTOMER SERVICE HOURS

While you can write us any time you like, our office hours are 9am-5pm Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. We’ll do our best to get back with you as soon as possible within that timeframe. Typically we write back within a few hours—but so our expert team can serve you best, please allow us up to one full business day to respond.

PHONE OR IN-PERSON SERVICE?

Unfortunately we’re not able to offer customer service over the phone or in-person at our shop in Nashville at this time. We’re a small team and all wear a lot of hats—in addition to assisting customers we all wind strings, package sets, and contribute the the R&D that makes Stringjoy strings great. Over email we are able to provide quick, helpful service to hundreds of customers a day, and over phone or in-person we couldn’t possibly handle the volume we need to. Thanks for understanding!
