What happens if a package is lost in transit?
If it has been 45 days since your order was shipped and you have not received it, we consider your package to be “lost in transit”. Sadly we don’t have any information about what could’ve happened, but we can get it made right.
When an international package is declared lost in transit, we will refund you for the original purchase price. Typically refunds are processed by your bank within 3-5 business days.
If you choose to place a duplicate order once your refund is received that’s no problem at all—many do—but we do need to refund you first, rather than simply shipping a second package to you, for boring shipping insurance purposes.
