All US orders ship free, so long as they’re over $20. Alaska and Hawaii too. Simple as that. No tax (except for our fellow TN residents), no extra handling charges, nothing.
We’ll ship most anywhere in the world. Our site will automatically calculate the shipping costs on the checkout page. Typically, when shipping internationally it’s best to order a few things at a time to better spread out the shipping cost over the whole order, rather than paying to ship one set of strings halfway across the world.
Due to the wealth of country tax and tariff codes, any import duties or fees are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Furthermore, we absolutely will not mark merchandise as a “Gift” in order to save you from paying customs duties. That isn’t legal. Please don’t even ask.
International orders can take anywhere from 2-6 weeks to arrive. We will ship every order with a tracking code, but not all countries update the tracking once the package arrives in its destination country. But as always, if you have any trouble with your order, we’re here to help.
Most orders ship within 2 business days, often within 1 business day (Monday – Friday, minus postal holidays). We want to get your gear out as quickly as possible, but we will not rush the process.
The most important thing to us is that everything in your order is perfect, and that’s why we take the time to put together and inspect each individual order by hand.
Any expedited shipping you purchase does not expedite this handling time—it simply means that we will purchase an expedited shipping service from USPS on your behalf to cut down on the transit time of your order.

Our return policy lasts 45 days. If 45 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we may not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, you must return the entire item, including its original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase (your order confirmation email will work just fine).
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. This includes any amount you paid to have your order shipped to you in the first place.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
