In addition to our standard 90-Day Return Policy for unopened products, any products that are faulty or flawed in any way may be returned for a refund regardless of condition for up to one year after the date of purchase.

WHAT IF ONE STRING BREAKS OR HAS AN ISSUE?

If a single string breaks during installation or early in the life of the set—or if it just doesn’t seem to be working properly for some reason—email us and we’ll be glad to send along another single string at no charge (within the USA). Be sure to keep the other strings in your set, as we will only replace the broken string.

International Customers: We can throw a free single into your next order, or ship the single on it’s own if you cover the cost of shipping (usually $4.95).

WHAT IF I PICKED THE WRONG SET?

Just because a product is well-made doesn’t mean every gauge or alloy will resonate with every player. Heck, a suit might be made by Armani, but if it’s a size 46 and you wear a 38, it’s not going to look very good on you…
